01 BUILT FOR BENCHES THAT MEET REAGENTS

Xingjinxin chemical resistant panel is a solid compact board engineered for laboratory work surfaces — the benches, fume-hood linings and island tops that take daily contact with acids, alkalis and solvents.

The surface is what does the work. It resists chemical attack, water and abrasion without the sealing, re-coating or edge treatment that turns a laboratory fit-out into a maintenance schedule. Fire performance and water resistance come from the panel itself rather than from an applied finish.

Standard thickness is 12.7 mm, with four sheet formats up to 1525 × 3660 mm. The largest format matters more than it looks: a 3660 mm sheet spans most bench runs in one piece, removing the butt joints where spillage collects on shorter panels.

Panels ship in solid colours, marble, metallic and woodgrain decors, in matt, textured or gloss finish, with straight, bull nose, beveled or round edges machined to your drawing.

Acid & Alkali Resistant

Built for benches that meet reagents daily. The surface resists acid, alkali and solvent contact without etching, staining or the re-sealing cycle that coated worktops demand.

Waterproof Through the Board

Water resistance is a property of the panel, not a coating. Sinks, wash-down zones and wet benches will not swell or delaminate the substrate underneath.

Fire Resistant

Fire performance is inherent to the board, which matters where solvents are stored and where laboratory fit-outs face building compliance review.

Abrasion Resistant

Glassware, instrument feet and trolley wheels scuff a laboratory worktop constantly. The hard surface holds its finish through that traffic.

3660 mm Single Spans

The largest of four formats runs 1525 × 3660 mm — long enough to span most bench runs without a butt joint, and joints are where spillage collects.

Machined to Your Drawing

Four edge profiles — straight, bull nose, beveled, round — plus cut-to-size panels for sink cut-outs and service penetrations before shipment.

Q1: What chemicals does the surface resist?

A: The panel is specified as acid, alkali and solvent resistant for laboratory use. A reagent-by-reagent resistance table (to EN 438-2 or SEFA 3) should be added once the factory supplies test data. Send your reagent list and we will confirm against it.

Q2: What is the largest sheet you supply?

A: 1525 × 3660 mm. That spans most bench runs in a single piece, which removes the butt joints where spillage collects.

Q3: Can you machine sink cut-outs before shipment?

A: Yes. Panels are cut to size with edge profiles machined to drawing — straight, bull nose, beveled or round.

Q4: Is 12.7 mm the only thickness?

A: It is the standard. Other thicknesses are available as a customisation — send the application and required span.

Q5: What is the minimum order?

A: 300 pcs per colour. Mixed colours are counted per colour, not per order.
